History of our company
At C. Bain of Upminster we have been a family of removal contractors for six generations. When Queen Victoria was a young girl, great, great, great grandfather started his removal business.
He could not have dreamt that six generations on in the 21st Century, his family would still be removal contractors, each generation passing on a wealth of experience and pride in their work.
We are justly proud that we are the sole remaining founder member of our trade association, the British Association of Removers (B.A.R.) founded in 1900.
The reason we have lasted so long? A simple philosophy - if you do not strive for perfection, your business will never be more than ordinary. C. Bain aims to be the best at what it does and in order to achieve this aim we specialise solely in UK household removals.
